Test Tube filling machine-SVVTMFCL all standard tube sizes can be filled on a single machine. Simple change parts allow filling of several different varieties of test tubes on one machine.

This Machine having very advance features of Auto Tube  & Cap feeding. Capping is inline and the finished product is ready to be labeled or printed before packing. The lower cost manual assist test tube filling machine uses operator assistance or an optional vibratory bowl for loading the cap chute after filling the product with media, then uses the automatic capping feature of the standard TRX system. Cap torque settings are fully adjustable and can be easily adapted to any cap.

VTM Tube filling capping machine is mainly used for VTM tube Filling & Capping. It can realize automatic feeding, high-precision filling, positioning and capping, high-speed capping, and automatic labelling (optional). This machine adopts mechanical rotation to ensure accurate and stable operation, low noise, low loss, and no air source pollution. The whole machine is made of stainless steel 304, which meets GMP requirements.
